The Dark Knight

So Sal and I saw this yesterday. I was entertained. I think it was worth the time. But I was really irritated with the fact that people brought their small children to this movie. It is not like the comic book, what are they thinking? The Joker has no concsience, he kills with depraved indifference. And you want your kids to see that? The opening scene jumps right in to that kind of situation. And the first thing that came to my mind was those little kids I had seen heading to their seats only moments before. They only looked to be about 3 and 5.

About a week after the movie came out, they did a story on the news about how psychologically damaging this movie can be for youth. Guess that guy missed the story. I hope he realizes his mistake when his kids are screaming in the middle of the night for the next few weeks.
