I have watched this video on YouTube a bunch of times and it gives me the chills every time. Makes me tear up too. I get more choked up each time I watch it. It's amazing.

I agree! I love this. I bookmarked it for those days when I just need a little "pep". And I love that they admitted they were a little biased!
