Lyndon

Lyndon had a pretty special birthday recently. He turned 12. I can't believe I am old enough to have a 12 year old. He is now a deacon. For his ordination, we were able to do it at the Lemmon's home so that bed-ridden Brother Lemmon could participate. It was a wonderful experience. I think it really made Bro. Lemmon's day. His face was glowing and I haven't seen him that happy in a long time. Several members of the ward past and present were there too. Afterwards, Sal and Grampa blessed the sacrament for Bro. Lemmon and Lyndon was able to pass it to him. Here's a picture from that day. Sal is talking to Sister Marshall and in the background you can see Brother Marshall giving Brother Lemmon a hug,

I'm glad it was such a special day. Sorry we couldn't make it...Grandma said it was very nice. I am so proud of Lyndon and having such awesome and righteous parents he will be a righteous priesthood holder!
